This company has been in the making for years... Serendipity is where it all started, twisting and turning, leading us to where we are today. Questioning our very existence. Wondering what's it all for. Knowing that we were meant for something bigger. Even if our mission helps just one person, we will have done something worthwhile.

I’m sharing my vision with hopes to bring inspiration... to encourage you to step outside of the box and see all that is possible. So many amazing things await you. Our mission at Jar of Dirt is to bring you focus and clarity on all the things that you actually want. It’s a sort of peeling back the onion. I don’t want you to merely say you want to be successful, loved, or happy. I want you to immerse yourself in already feeling that which you strive to be or want to experience. The manifestation art helps you to put a spotlight on your desires, both big and small. The world is your oyster, and I will help you bring it to fruition.

My company’s name is Jar of Dirt Emporium.  

 I'm Ozma. 

Property manager. Real estate investor. Content creator. Twenty years in this industry managing hundreds of units across Western Pennsylvania before I decided to build something that was entirely mine.

Jar of Dirt started as a feeling before it became a company. The name comes from Pirates of the Caribbean — Tia Dalma gives Jack Sparrow a jar of dirt for protection and he thinks it's ridiculous until it saves him. That's the whole philosophy right there. The thing that looks like nothing is the thing that holds the power.

I believe in manifesting the life you desire, and I know that everyone is capable of it — even if they haven't fully realized it yet. That's where I come in. I don't want you to merely say you want to be successful, loved, or happy. I want you to immerse yourself in already feeling that which you strive to be. Let go of everything you were taught and let your inner child come out to play.

Jar of Dirt Emporium is employee-owned and focused on real estate rehabilitation. We target tax sale properties in Washington County and turn them into something worth living in. We believe in the land. We believe in the people on it. We believe that how you treat both determines everything.

I also create content across platforms under Ozma Tip and Captain DeAnna. I write. I build. I do it all so you don't have to.
